PBL10 created a Museum of Illusions for its second major project and exhibition of the year earlier this week in the Little Theatre. The class visited Philadelphia's Museum of Illusions as the project kickoff and to inspire students for their future project. The essential question was, "Is it real?" Students used their illusion to present factual concepts such as atomic structure, explored how perspective can change a person's "reality" of historical events, and more.

Project Based Learning seniors participating in the Senior Internship Experience (SIE) held their presentations of learning (PoL) at an event Tuesday in the beautiful tent at Curtis Hall, where students, families, mentors, and teachers gathered to celebrate the PBL seniors. The PoL is an opportunity for reflection and critique, and an occasion to recognize the student’s accomplishments and personal growth.

Cheltenham Communities that Care (CTC) arranged for CHS students Brooklyn Carter, Jayla Elliott, Jayden Fermin, Serenity Grier, Joshua Owens, Alexander Rebitz, Bianca White and chaperones, including CSD Superintendent Dr. Brian Scriven and Cheltenham CTC representatives Charla DeValia, Wendy Rosenfeld, and Donna Malcolm, to attend a youth summit in Harrisburg on Wednesday. The Commonwealth Prevention Alliance (CPA) sponsored the summit, which included six other coalitions from across Pennsylvania. Cheltenham CTC engages and empowers youth, families, and the community, through prevention and education, to make healthy choices.
